A doctor performed a nose job on Halil Saytmez, but the nose fell off two months later. This was unexpected and the people who don't have a lot of money were not heard. Plastic surgeons are seen as hypocritical because they are performing operations that don't always have the desired outcome. The nose should have stayed in place after the operation, but it fell off. The doctor must have done something wrong for the nose to fall off, because if a heavy weight was dropped on it, it should not have fallen off.
I have been looking at his work for a while and it looks good from the pictures he posts. However, the look of his wife's lips looks very fake and unnatural. No matter which photo I looked at, I got the same result. Is what he does real or is the artificial look on his wife's lips real? I think he may not be as good at plastic surgery as he claims to be.
Three years ago, I was scared to get surgery on my nose because I was afraid of the results. In the past three years, I have grown and changed a lot. I have read books, gone to galleries and exhibitions, and more. If I had invested in Bitcoin when it was only $800 in 2014, I would have enough money to get the surgery and look so good that even Gigi Hadid would be attracted to me. However, I have decided not to do that and instead focus on other things.
Contrary to what many people think, the doctor doesn't perform any major changes to the nose. They just make small adjustments and tweaks. That's why the results look so natural. If you only want to make minor changes to the shape of your nose, this is the right place to go. But if you don't like anything about your nose, you might be disappointed with the results because people won't be able to tell that you had surgery.
I believe that all the articles about the doctor and his work are just ads because it would not make sense for someone who had surgery done by the doctor to praise him. I know this because I am the source.
